Aletheia is an ecumenically minded, classically trained Spiritual Director and Vajrayana Tantrika whose work has been deeply informed by and incorporates the wise use of spirit plant medicines and other sacraments.

A recurrent theme in her work has been engaging with the accumulated riches of different patriarchal traditions (religious, shamanistic, cultural), immersing herself in their traditional practices, mining them for their essence, stripping them of what is obviously extraneous and detrimental and then translating that essence into a feminine expression and re-appraisal of the tradition itself. Spirit plant medicines have both instigated this reappraisal and become the subject of it.
