About “Becoming fully present: Tuning the Third Eye with Sacred Forest Medicine”

Biofield Tuning uses sound and vibration in the biofield, or energy field, to clear energetic dissonance, stuck energy, or unprocessed emotions. The Biofield is a blueprint of one’s life, holding all emotions, memories, thoughts, and experiences.

We will be working with a small dose of Sacred Forest Medicine to open up the energy body and subconscious mind, and to connect with the one’s higher self. Sacred Forest Medicine can activate suppressed memories and emotions, and help gain deeper insight into oneself, relationships, life purpose, or next steps. It can magnify one’s shadow while opening up the heart to help it heal. Sacred forest medicine can also induce neuroplasticity, the rewiring of neurons to positively affect our cognition, emotions, behaviours, experiences, and thoughts.

During this session we will be clearing and balancing the Brow Chakra, which is where the Third Eye (Pineal gland) sits. The right side of the Brow Chakra is where we hold patterns of overthinking about the past, which can cause feelings of guilt, regret, and being stuck in nostalgia. The left side of the Brow Chakra is where we hold patterns of worrying about the future, which can cause worry, anxiety and tension in the body. Both thought patterns bring us out of the present moment, prevent us from seeing clearly, limit our ability to focus, and can cause distrust and disconnect from our intuition.

We will be closing the Biofield Tuning ceremony with the traditional Amazonian medicines of Sananga and Rapé. Sananga is made from the shredded root of a shrub, Tabernaemontana Sanana. It works to cleanse and refresh the eyes, decalcifies the pineal gland, and can result in immediate visual enhancements. Sananga has been used to clean and balance the energy field and chakras, and help keep an emotional, mental, and spiritual balance. Rapé is a snuff that consists of a combination of medicinal spices, bark, oils, and flowers. It often includes Mapacho Tobacco, however Tobacco free is an option. Rapé will be used in ceremony to anchor in and integrate into the body any teachings, insights, or new feelings gained from the Biofield Tuning.

Join me in a Group Biofield Tuning to clear and balance the third eye, with the allyship of Sacred Forest Medicine, to discharge toxic thought patterns. I look forward to providing the space and tools for you to relax, balance, and receive the release and reorganization that your body needs, so you can step into the present, and begin connecting to your third eye’s perception, intuition and vision.

The exchange for this event is $120. To secure your spot please inquire via e-mail and transfer a $40 deposit to alexandra@greenvibration.ca. If you are new to my circles a quick phone call is required to go over ceremony and answer any questions you may have. The remainder of payment can be given in CASH the day of. The address in Point Grey, Vancouver will be provided upon registration. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in so we can stay on schedule.

Please come well hydrated and in a fasted state (refrain from eating 4hrs before ceremony). Please bring your own blanket, and feel free to bring extra padding for comfort to lay down on and an eye mask to help you sink fully into your body. Please let me know of any dietary restrictions for snacks.
