Cooked: Hearty Winter Vegetables Chickpea and Quinoa Soup with Creamy Potato salad. Dessert is chocolate brownie.

Raw: Fresh Collard Wraps with sprouted sunflower pâté and Caesar Salad. Dessert is nut and seed power ball.

Sunday Lunch:

Cooked: Tomato and Squash Lentil Stew with Steamed Brown Rice and Colorful House salad. Dessert is pumpkin square.

Raw: Crackers and Crudités with Sunflower cheeze and Raw sprouted bean House salad. Dessert is chocolate macaroon.
